Privacy notice

What personal data we handle, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Last updated: 27 August 2026

The short version

This website has no contact form, no accounts, no analytics, and sets no cookies. It does not collect personal data about you.

We only hold personal data if you choose to email us. If you do, we keep that correspondence for 24 months from our last contact with you, and you can ask us to delete it sooner.

Who we are

Kelora Robotics is a trading name of KELORA LTD, a company registered in Scotland (No. SC865263). Our registered office is 8 Branziert Road North, Glasgow, United Kingdom, G63 9RF.

KELORA LTD is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@kelorarobotics.com.

What we collect

From this website
Nothing. There is no contact form, no sign-up, no analytics and no tracking. We do not use cookies or similar storage.
If you email us
Your name and email address, plus anything else you choose to put in your message or attach to it.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard request data, including your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is created automatically by the hosting platform, is used for security and delivering the site, and is not linked to any identity by us.

Why we process it, and our lawful basis

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR.

  • Enquiries. We have a legitimate interest in reading and replying to business enquiries sent to us, and in keeping a record of that correspondence. If you have emailed us, replying is what you would reasonably expect.
  • Server logs. We have a legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure, and in investigating faults or abuse.

We do not use your data for marketing, we do not build profiles, and we do not make automated decisions about you. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone for their own purposes.

Who else handles it

We use two service providers, who process data on our instructions only:

Google Workspace
Hosts our email. Any message you send us is stored there.
Vercel
Hosts this website and generates the server logs described above.

Both may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, the transfer relies on safeguards approved for use in the UK, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Email correspondence
24 months from our last contact with you, then deleted. If your enquiry becomes an ongoing commercial relationship, we keep it for as long as that relationship lasts and for any period we are required to retain records.
Server logs
Retained by our hosting provider for a short period as part of their standard operation, then discarded.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the following rights over personal data we hold about you:

Access
Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification
Ask us to correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Erasure
Ask us to delete your personal data. We will do so unless we have a legal obligation to keep it.
Restriction
Ask us to pause our use of your data while a query about it is resolved.
Objection
Object to our processing on legitimate interests grounds. If you object, we will stop unless we can show compelling grounds that override your rights.

The right to data portability does not apply here, because we rely on legitimate interests rather than consent or a contract.

How to exercise them

Email hello@kelorarobotics.com and tell us what you want us to do. We do not charge for this, and we will respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity if it is not obvious from the request.

Complaints

If you think we have handled your personal data incorrectly, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority for data protection.
